Judges Indira Banerjee, Vineet Saran and K.M. Joseph on Tuesday were confirmed as judges of the Supreme Court in the request of status advised by the Central government.

The swearing-in service began at 10.30 a.m. in the Chief Justice of India's court and Justice Banerjee was the first to take the promise taken after by Justices Saran and Joseph.
The promise was controlled to them by Chief Justice of India Dipak Misra in a pressed court within the sight everything being equal, law officers and supporters.
With the arrangement of the three judges, the aggregate quality of the judges in the zenith court has gone up to 25 against the authorized quality of 31.
While Justice Banerjee was the Chief Justice of the Madras High Court, Justices Saran and Joseph were the Chief Justices of Orissa and Uttarakhand High Courts individually.
